Phuket.net is owned by GLAD Enterprises Co. Ltd., a registered Phuket business founded in 1999. Glad Enterprises and its subsidiaries provide discounted Internet hotel reservations across 60 countries in Asia-Pacific, Europe, Middle-East and Africa. The management team consists of UK and Thai directors with extensive experience focussed in Travel, IT, Management and Customer Services.
Our Tourist Authority of Thailand (TAT) license number is 31-0399.
We totally understand the concept of customer choice and we are focussed to trying to achieve the best value for money and customer service we can provide. We also have a fully developed and resilient business continuity plan to ensure that we can continue to provide service should a major disaster or incident occurs.
