Golf
1. What is the dress code?
The dress code at courses on Phuket are not strict, although appropriate golf attire should be worn - golf shirts, trousers or shorts, shoes and socks. No t-shirts or jeans.
Golfers at Phuket Country Club and Loch Palm courses must wear soft-spikes or spikeless shoes.
2. Are golf carts available?
Golf carts are available for hire at Blue Canyon (Lakes course), Loch Palm and Thai Muang. It is compulsory to take a golf cart at Mission Hills.
3. Is it compulsory to take a caddy?
Yes. All courses in Phuket require you to take 1 caddy per golfer, whether or not you take a golf cart. Many golfers choose to take 2 caddies, 1 to carry the clubs, the other to carry the umbrella, chair etc. If booking through this website the fee for 1 caddy is included.
4. Can I hire a set of golf clubs?
Clubs are available for hire at all the courses. Prices differ among the courses and can be anything from 300 baht or so, to a couple of thousand for a set of Callaways.
Packages
Do you charge for non-golfers?
No, if you book a package as a single golfer you are able to share your room with a non-golfer. However, please inform us at the time of booking as the hotel requires the names of all guests when making the reservation.
Can I book a Single golfer package and stay with my family?
Yes, although if you have children extra-bed charges may apply. Child rates vary from hotel to hotel. In general, children under the age of 12 years or either free of half-price. We can check the child rate at your request and will confirm the details via email after your initial enquiry.
What if I wish to stay longer than the number of nights in the package?
To continue to take advantage of our low rates, you should contact us directly. If you book directly with the hotel to extend your stay, you will be charged a different rate to our prices.
Bookings
1. How do I book a golf package or round?
Please refer to our booking procedure for a step-by-step guide.
2. How can I amend my booking?
To amend your booking, either:
- Use our amendment form
- Send an email to reservation@phuket.net *
* Your email should have “Amend” in the subject line and include the following information:
- Your booking ID number
- The email address you used to make the booking
- First and family name used to make the booking
3. What if my chosen hotel is unavailable?
You will receive e-mail from our reservations staff to notify you. We will try and reserve another hotel within the same category, without obligation. You will not be charged for the alternative hotel without your approval.
Cancellations

2. How do I cancel my booking?
To cancel a booking you can either:
- Use our booking cancellation form
- Send an email to reservation@phuket.net *
* Your email should have “Cancel” in the subject line and include the following information:
- Your booking ID number
- The email address you used to make the booking
- First and family name used to make the booking
3. How late can I cancel?
For golf and accommodation packages please refer to our golf package cancellation policy
For green fee and transfer bookings please refer to our golfcourse booking cancellation policy
Hotel Check-in
1. How do I check-in at the hotel?
Simply present your hotel voucher to the hotel's reception staff. If for any reason you should need a duplicate, please do not hesitate to contact us giving your booking reference number.
2. What time can I check-in and check-out?
Check-in time: from 14.00 hours
Check-out time: before 12.00 hours
Early check in and late check out are subject to availability and individual hotel policies.
Transfers
1. Is the price of golf course transfers included?
Return transfers to the golfcourse are included in golf course fees and holiday packages, unless you specify otherwise.
2. When will I be picked up from my hotel?
You will be picked up approximately 1 to 1.5 hours before your specified tee-off time, in order to ensure that you arrive at the golf course at least 30 mins before tee-off.
3. Do you provide airport transfers?
Phuket.Net does not provide airport transfers, however, airport limousines and meter taxis are available at the front of the airport terminal building.
Payment
1. What credit cards do you accept?
We accept payment by VISA, Master Card and JCB Card. Payments will appear on your credit card statement under our holding company name: GLAD Enterprises Co. Ltd.
2. Is online booking secure?
Yes with our web site. You can enter your credit card information with confidence. Data is sent via https (hypertext transfer protocol secure) instead of being sent via http (hypertext transfer protocol). 'Https' is the industry standard for secure Internet data transmission.
3. What security measures do you use to ensure credit card security?
We take the issue of security to heart. Our internal system is both physically and electronically secure. If you have a browser with built in security (such as Netscape Navigator and Internet Explorer), the communication from your keyboard to the secure server is encrypted and secured by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Credit card information is removed from internet-connected computers every 24 hours, and is then managed on an externally inaccessible secure network. We also have a security guarantee to protect you.
4. When will I be charged?
You will be charged only when you have entered your credit card details after receiving an invoice from us.
